First off. TARGETMASTER! If I keep telling my self that, it makes it alright. ;) Secondly, If you plan on gettign any of the powercore combiners from wave one, I would highly recommend this one. I really like the olderlines (as alot of you know) and the powercore combiners (the scout sized figures themselves, not their limbs and minicons) really feel like the Deluxe figures that were the cores of the Energon Combiners. Except for the lack of robot modes for the drone limbs these guys are pretty cool. Now of course your mileage will vary, and they are definitely not for everyone. Do buy if you like mix and match robot limbs and moderate to mediocer minicon upgrades. Dont buy if you want super poseable gestalts and despise minicons, (unless you can convince yourself they are target masters that is)

XT Transformers Repaint - {{StarScream}} - Classic style

I didn't like the sea green that MP Starscream came with but I also like realism in Transformers, so he was painted with airframe gray mixed with metallic flakes. I also tried getting blue & red to blend with the main body, they're also mixed colors. XT Transformers Repaint - {{ROTF Optimus Prime}} - Classic Color Scheme

Hey all its been a while! I recently got some time off from my other projects so I picked up a RotF Prime to repaint, in his classic colors of course. This is my 4th repaint and it has taken me about 3 weeks to complete, the longest time I've worked on a TF. I mostly airbrushed the main body and used standard art needle brushes for detailing/weathering. The figure has 4 shades of metal, 2 red, 2 blue, gold, copper, and a few shades of umber and black for weathering (slightly, just enough to make the pieces stand out). The paint was sealed with modelmaster clear & future. Optimus is your rough, down to earth kind of guy, he doesn't need flashy flames to be cool.
